Our Menu has been inspired by the food, tradition and incredible flavors of the Island of Cuba, an extremely diverse country, with numerous traditional legends full of color, magic, charm and flavors, which are shared with family and friends and which project to international level. There are many dishes full of charm since they are very different foods, however they have been modernized and currently occupy an important place in Cuban national cuisine and also in the United States.

Our menu has been inspired by the tradition of popular Cuban food, transported to this land with products of the highest quality and safety that give our recipes the unique flavor that characterizes us. Our approach is not only for the Cuban community in Miami, but it is extremely diverse, we serve numerous people with different cultures and different idiosyncrasies - who enjoy our dishes as we try to wrap our flavor enriching it with flavors from alternate cultures in the United States. Xplosion Cafe offers a memorable fusion of traditional exotic flavors, influenced by the Spanish spices from which part of the Cuban culture comes, thus reaching the evolution of our recipes with touches and flavors of the world. As an essential link between us and our Land Cuba, we make sure the flavors and colors continue to be maintained within an oral tradition that travels from generation to generation and makes you be open-minded to modernity and new trends.
